AZ Digital Solutions is a UK small business providing websites, booking and quote systems, business software, automation and related digital services to UK businesses. This policy explains how AZ Digital Solutions handles personal information when you visit or contact us through azdigitalsolutions.co.uk or through another channel.

• If you accept optional advertising measurement, page, device and network information and advertising click identifiers that Google Ads may process to measure relevant conversions.

How we collect information

We collect information through the website contact and enquiry form, email, telephone, direct customer communications and Facebook, Instagram or Meta lead forms where those forms are used. Essential technical data may also be processed by the website infrastructure to deliver and secure the site. Optional Google Ads conversion measurement is activated only after you make a positive advertising-measurement choice. We are not introducing Google Analytics (GA4) or Meta Pixel.

Optional Google Ads conversion measurement

With your consent, we use Google Ads conversion measurement to understand whether advertising leads to a successful website enquiry or an activation of our business telephone links. Google is the measurement technology provider and may receive page, browser, device and network information and advertising click identifiers needed for attribution and reporting.

The Google Ads tag is not loaded while your choice is undecided or rejected. This implementation is limited to conversion measurement: personalised advertising and remarketing are not enabled, and we do not use Enhanced Conversions or customer-data matching. Google Analytics (GA4) and Meta Pixel are not part of this implementation.

Where consent is required for optional storage or access on your device, consent is the basis for that activity. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the site footer. Withdrawal stops future Google Ads measurement on this site after the page refreshes; it does not erase information already sent while consent was active. See our Cookie Policy for more information.

Why we use personal information

We may use personal information to:

This may include website hosting and infrastructure providers, email and email-delivery providers used to receive enquiries, Meta when its lead-ad platform is used, Google when you consent to Google Ads conversion measurement, and professional advisers, regulators or public authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Where UK data protection law requires it, we take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection and rely on applicable safeguards provided by law or by the relevant service provider. Data retention

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, meet legal or accounting needs, and handle potential disputes. Information that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your rights
